Item Description:
Le Gouvernement du Burkina Faso a obtenu du Fonds Africain de Développement un prêt de 35 millions d’unités de compte (UC) et un don de 15 millions d’UC en vue du financement du Projet d’électrification et de développement des connexions à l’électricité (PEDECEL).
L’objectif du PEDECEL est d’accroître l’accès durable à l’électricité en vue d’améliorer les conditions de vies des populations. Le projet facilitera le raccordement des 218 400 nouveaux clients en mettant en place une politique du paiement différé des frais de raccordement des ménages.
Le PEDECEL s’articule autour de trois (3) composantes : (A) Infrastructures électriques ; (B) Appui institutionnel et (C) Gestion du Projet.
L’acquisitiondesbiens,travauxetservicesdeconsultantsseferaconformément au Cadre de passation des marchés pour les opérations financées par le Groupe de la Banque, édition octobre 2015, disponible sur le site internet de la Banque à l’adresse http://www.afdb.org. Les dossiers de sollicitation devraient être disponibles à partir du mois de Novembre 2021.
