Provision of Interim Services to EFCA

Item Description:

The European Fisheries Control Agency (referred to below as “EFCA”) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The general objective of this assignment is to conclude a framework contract with a service provider for provision of interim personnel to EFCA in accordance with the specifications and performance terms described in the tender specifications and in the framework contract. The contractor shall provide EFCA with the necessary interim personnel in a timely fashion and in line with the profiles requested. The profiles for which EFCA might request interim personnel in the context of this contract include the profiles of Administrative Assistant in the areas of EFCA activities, i.e. of the operational units as well as the horizontal services in the areas administration, HR, legal and financial management.
