The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Purpose of the contract

The purpose of this contract is the Provision of collection, dispatch and delivery services for shipments of diplomatic bags departing from Brussels and intended for beneficiaries of diplomatic bag services within the European Union (Outbound shipments) and vice versa (Inbound shipments).

Lot 1: Express transport services

Express transport services for the European Union’s diplomatic bags (300 kg max.).

Lot 2: Standard transport services

Standard transport services for the European Union’s diplomatic bags for shipments with no weight limit.
