Supply and installation of necessary IT equipment and security program licenses for MTA

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of Strengthening ICT Systems for Efficient and Transparent Public Investment and Tax Administration Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the under the contract named above.

The Ministry of Finance now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for ‘Supply and installation of necessary IT equipment and security program licenses for MTA’, comprising of the following lots:

• Lot 1: Upgrade the organization’s generators and power supplies
• Lot 2: Supply of laptop computers
• Lot 3: Supply and installation of perimeter security and access controls
• Lot 4: Supply of MS Windows and MSSQL server license package
• Lot 5: Supply and installation of data analysis system licenses

Open competitive bidding (OCB-International) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
