Procurement of works for Construction of Punjab Local Government Academy at Lahore

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract name mentioned above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Program Management Unit (PMU), Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP), Local Government & Community Development Department, Punjab, Pakistan (the Employer) invites sealed bids from all interested eligible Bidders for the NCB-Works/PICIIP-14: Construction of Punjab Local Government Academy at Lahore (the Works).

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
