The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mongolia is announcing a Request for Proposal for the provision of Facility Maintenance Service for United Nations compound.

The Offerors are strongly recommended to thoroughly examine the bid solicitation document RFP/2019/002 in preparing your technical and financial proposals.

The pre-bid conference will be organized to provide information related to RFP and respond to clarifications/questions at 15:00, 25 January 2019 in the UNDP Meeting Room (5th floor) of the UN House.

Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 11:00a.m., 31 January 2019, Ulaanbaatar time at the below address. For the electronic submissions, (pdf files only) it should have password protection.
