Provision of maintenance and repair services for Server Room Air Conditioners (AC) and Air-Cooled Chillers (ACC) to UNMIK

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) has a requirement to establish a contract for the Provision of maintenance and repair services for its Server Room Air Conditioners (AC) and Air-Cooled Chillers (ACC). The scope of services includes the provision of scheduled preventive regular maintenance, as well as repair services including emergency response. Maintenance will be performed in accordance with recommendations and specifications saving warranty conditions.

The Contractor shall provide Emergency response time within two (2) hours 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

The Contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option of extension for additional two (1+1) year periods at UNMIK’s sole option.

This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
