The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Consultancy services for managing human resources provided to County and National governments for technical support in monitoring and evaluation for Sanitation and Hygiene on long term price agreement as per attached terms of reference. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
