Item Description:

The European Border and Coast Guard Agency, hereinafter referred to as “Frontex”, being contracting authority is planning to award the public contract referred above. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Please be informed that Frontex is an autonomous EU Agency with own legal personality and has therefore its own Financial Regulation.

Purpose

The purpose of this tender is the Acquisition of the blue armbands with the insignias of the European Union and of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency for Standing Corps.

As result of this tender procedure, Frontex seeks to establish a single framework contract for a maximum duration of 4 (four) years. All the information delivered in this document, its annexes and other referred documents shall be taken into consideration by the Tenderers in preparation of their offer and by the Contractor during the contract’s implementation.
