Item Description:
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) invites all potential suppliers (the “Bidders”) to submit proposals for the above-captioned Request for Proposals (RFP).
Purpose of the RFP
Through this RFP, the Global Fund Office of the Inspector General is looking to work with experienced and professional web designers to:
- advise on opportunities to improve the current website design aligned to the OIGs’ anti-fraud strategy and promote prevention, detection and responses to fraud in Global Fund programs
- redesign the current website according to the agreed specifications with the OIG.
The selected consultant(s) should have the technical competencies to work and analyze the current website on WordPress and ability to execute the proposed enhancements on the existing interface or propose alternative web interfaces.
The OIG would work closely with the designer(s) and expects them to provide value-added input and feedback on the proposed features rather than simply design the site based on one-way OIG views.
