Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 132/33/11kV AIS Substation at Dumkibas, Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta -East) District (Package A-4)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of Nepal has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of the Electricity Grid Modernization Project-Additional Financing. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Nepal Electricity Authority (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of 132/33/11 kV AIS Substation (“the Facilities”) at Dumkibas, Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat-Susta East) District.

Open Competitive Bidding (International advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
