Item Description:

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from this procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. The purpose of this open call for tender is to conclude a framework contract to provide information technology solutions in the fields of public internet access services and fixed telephony services.

This tender is divided into the following two lots:

Lot 1: Public Internet Access Services

The internet services required are:

• information technology solutions in the field of public internet access services (1st internet services provider);
• information technology solutions in the field of public internet access services for technical redundancy purpose on a subset of services (2nd internet services provider).

Lot 2: Fixed Telephony Services

Provision of fixed telephony services.
