Provision of Internet Connectivity Services for EASO Premises and Points of Presence in Malta

The European Asylum Support Office (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Overall Objective

EASO is launching this open call for tenders in order to conclude a service framework contract (hereinafter FWC) with one contractor (hereinafter referred to as “the contractor”) for the provision of Internet access in EASO premises and points of presence in Malta.

EASO is committed in delivering its services at the best possible effort, therefore, with a new tendering procedure EASO is looking in obtaining the highest quality of Internet connection. Currently Internet access service is provided to EASO in Malta by Melita Limited.

The new contract is expected to be signed in January 2022, however, the execution of the tasks may not start before the Service Contract has been signed by both parties. The total duration of the contract shall be 48 months.
