Harbour Rehabilitation, Waste Processing, Administrative Building, Workshop and Civil Works (Platform) for C&D Plant, Recycling Yard, and ELV Dismantling Workshop at Thilafushi

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received financing from Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Greater Male Environmental Improvement and Waste Management Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named below. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Finance, on behalf of Ministry of Environment (the Employer), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Harbour Rehabilitation, Waste Processing, Administrative Building, Workshop and Civil Works (Platform) for C&D Plant, Recycling Yard, and ELV Dismantling Workshop at Thilafushi (Package No. CW/01). Construction period is 610 days after the contract signing date.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: Two Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

Invitation for Bids
