Subject of this call for tenders

The Digital End Point Solutions (DEPS) sector of the CORE Services unit (DITEC.2-D) of the Directorate for Communication and Information Systems (DITEC.2) of the GSC is responsible for providing and maintaining a variety of IT services for end users which includes print and scan services. These services cover the maintenance of laser and inkjet printers, badge and label printers, plotters and other specialised printing equipment used at the GSC. The current framework contract for the supply of toner and other consumables for these devices expires in July 2026. Thus the purpose of this procurement procedure is to establish a single framework contract to ensure continuity of print and scan services. A complete list of required toner and other consumables that are the subject of the new supply contract are listed in Annex III, Financial Tender Form of these Tender specifications.

Please note that paper and spare parts for repairing printing devices are outside the scope of  this contract.
