Purpose of the Call for Tenders
The General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union (GSC) is launching a call for tender for the supply of toners and other consumables for printing devices.
The objective is to replace the current framework contract that will expire in March 2022. That contract was awarded following the call for tender UCA-17/038.
In recent years, the GSC has continued its efforts to reduce the number of local printers. However, laser and inkjet printing devices, badge and label printers, plotters and other special purpose printing devices of several brands are still in use.
Annex IV ‘Financial tender’ form includes the catalogue of toners and other consumables that are subject of the supply contract.
Paper and spare parts for the repair of printing devices are out of the scope of this contract.
