Provision of Vehicle Rent Services

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations Migration Agency was established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

The IOM intends to hire Service Providers for the provision of Vehicle Rent Services for IOM Qatar Operations on a Long-term Agreement Basis for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

The IOM through the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (hereinafter called BEAC) now invites interested companies to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the mentioned Services. More details on the Services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality – Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The RFP includes the following documents:

• Section I. Letter of Invitation
• Section II. Instructions to Service Providers
• Section III. Technical Proposal Standard Forms
• Section IV. Financial Proposal Standard Forms
• Section V. Terms of Reference
• Section VI. Standard Form of Contract

The Service Provider submits following information and documents together with the original of Proposal:

1. Technical Proposal Forms TPF-1 – TPF-4;
2. Financial Proposal Forms FPF-1 – FPF-2;
3. Vendor Information Sheet (template provided in separate file);
4. Signed Code of Conduct for the Supplier (signed and stamped) (template provided in separate file);
5. All Valid Government Permits/Licenses applicable to activities under the ITB.

The Proposals must be delivered through mail to the BEAC with office address at

(smaaodhah@iom.int or idahir@iom.int keeping in copy AMUKARUKUNDO@iom.int) on or 15 April 2022, 17.00 hours local time. No late proposal shall be accepted.

Proposals must be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of deadline.
