    Item Description:

    The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“RFPS”) is to invite proposals for construction six district prefabricated cold chain storage warehouses that will host Walk-in-Cold Rooms (WICs) as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.

    Submission Deadline. The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows:

    18:00 April 12, 2019

    Any proposals received by UNICEF after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
