Provision of Door to Door Diplomatic Pouch Services

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)

Provide pickup and drop up services of the outgoing and incoming pouches from and to the Registry located in UNECA Headquarters, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The service shall be provided between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, including holidays. The contractor shall also offer those services whenever required beyond working hours during weekdays and holidays and from other locations upon request. Complete Airway Bill and securely affix the stickers on pouch tags; provide freight forwarding services, highlight on its IATA Airway Bill, manifest and master Airway Bill that the contents contain diplomatic materials and or mail to avoid customs delays at final destinations.

Supervise the personnel to ensure smooth movement of the pouch shipments; provide extra personnel and vehicles with lockable metal-bodied with a suitable roller to process heavy shipments, if needed, upon request by the UNECA. (Other relevant information will be stated in the RFP document).
