Item Description:
The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) has a requirement to establish a long-term agreement for Janitorial & Cleaning Services for its offices located in Tiberias and Camp Zouani.
The following is a list of the Services required. However this list is not exhaustive and the details of these services will be provided in the Scope of works which will be attached to the Request for Proposal document:
1) GENERAL CLEANING AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL
2) GARDENING SERVICES & GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The contract will be signed for an initial period of 3 years with two (2) possible extensions of 1-year each. Prices must be fixed throughout the contract period.
UNTSO is seeking a qualified company with sound experience, reliability, and flexibility in the market, to provide the relevant services that sufficiently fulfill requirements of the mission. This should be suitable in terms of cost, previous related cleaning service experience and compliance with health & safety regulations, and provide quality of service.
Interested companies are expected to be able to provide the following (when invited to participate the solicitation):
- Valid copy of commercial registration Certificate as a supplier from the relevant authorities.
- Provide relevant list of clients with business of Goods delivery, minimum of 3 clients.
- Vendor head offices should be relatively closed to UNTSO, Within Jerusalem and/or Tiberias area.
- Bidders are requested to quote for all services and realted items in the SOW.
Vendors interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should submit the Vendor Response Form of this EOI electronically (through the link available in the EOI document) before the closing date set forth above.
