Provision of rental computer equipment and related IT support services for conferences, meetings and workshops

The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) secretariat is seeking a qualified vendor for the provision of rental computer equipment and related services for conferences, meetings and workshops being held either physically, hybrid and or in fully virtual form.

In this context, it organizes major conferences that are held in Bonn. Similar meetings, workshops and conferences will potentially be held outside of Germany at any global location with basic ICT infrastructure.

The scope of services required for information communications technology may include but not limited to:

A. Rental of frontend ICT equipment:
Provide on rental basis all frontend equipment such as laptops, desktop and Multifunctional printing devices, for the duration of the meeting.

B. ICT support service:
Provide skilled onsite ICT support for the duration of UNFCCC meetings andor during specific periods of time such as during absences of UNFCCC ICT staff on retreatsmissions.
