Provision of Renovation Services for Block X Basement at UNON

Only those vendors meeting the following pre-qualification criteria will be invited to participate in the anticipated tender exercise.

1. Vendor to demonstrate expereince in general construction and renovation by providing a minimum of 3 (Three) renovation projects completed in the last ten years that are comparable in size and scope to the UNON requirment.

For each project vendor must provide the following:

• Description of Project, clearly specifying the nature of work undertaken.
• Size of project underatken in SQM.
• The start and completion dates of the project.
• Name and contact details of client including Physical Address, Point of Contact, Telephone Contact and E-Mail Address.
• Reference letters or completion certificates certifying successful completion of the projects listed.

2. Vendor must submit evidence of a valid license or permit to conduct construction services in Kenya or MUST certify in writing that they will obtain a valid licence or permit to conduct construction business in Kenya within 30 (Thirty) days within comencement of contract.
