Item Description:

The European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Overall objective

The Agency intends to conclude a Single Framework Contract (hereinafter referred as the ‘FWC’) according to which the selected Contractor (hereinafter referred as the ‘Contractor’) shall provide the Agency with high quality cost effective mobile telecommunication services and related equipment for EUAA in Italy.

Purpose

The services here procured will enable EUAA staff in offices and hotspots to use reliable mobile voice and data communication.

Deliverables

Within the scope of the services, the EUAA seeks to conclude a framework contract for the provision of the following services/supplies:

Mandatory requirements

1. Post-paid mobile voice, data and messaging services
2. Post-paid mobile data only/Internet services
3. SIM cards and associated services/equipment
4. Provision of voice and data capable devices (iOS and Android systems) and related accessories
5. Provision of periodic telephone bills, call records and reports
6. Technical and contract management support
7. Portability of the existing phone numbers between providers
