Item Description:

The Mission of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) is to take forward the EU’s neighbourhood and enlargement policies, as well as coordinating relations with EEA-EFTA countries insofar as Commission policies are concerned. Subject of this contract

The subject of the contract shall be the construction of cell 1 of a sanitary landfill with all necessary facilities for its safe operation, a treatment plant for leachate and other wastewater, works for a mechanical/manual waste sorting plant (MRF), works for a windrow composting plant with adequate buildings, works for a sterilization unit, closure of 6 existing non-compliant landfills by relocations/reinstatement and in-situ rehabilitation and construction of 4 transfer stations with all necessary buildings and equipment.
