Item Description:

1. The Government of Ukraine received from the International Bank forReconstruction and Development a Loan to finance ProjectServing People, Improving Health and intends to use part of this Loanto payunder the contracts for reconstruction of the premises of the ground floor of Municipal Enterprise “Kryvyi Rih city clinicalhospital ?2″ DRC” to be used as branch of emergency care in Kryvyi Rih city, 2 30-richya Peremohy maidan.

2. CapitalConstruction Directorate of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for theperformance of works under the following contract, which are planned tobe financed with the loan funds: Reconstruction of thepremises of the ground floor of Municipal Enterprise “Kryvyi Rih city clinical hospital ?2″ DRC” to be used as branch of emergencycare in Kryvyi Rih city, 2 30-richya Peremohy maidan.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Biddingprocedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods,Works, and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loansand IDA Credits & Grants dated January 2011 (revised in July 2014) (“ProcurementGuidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the WorldBank’s policy on conflict of interest.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from consultants ofthe Subproject Management Unit and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 10:00 to 17:00 at the address (1).
