Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 230kV and 115kV Outdoor Substations

The Royal Government of Cambodia has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Grid Reinforcement Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply, other than restrictions arising from Section 1, ITB 4.8 of the Bidding Document.

The Electricité du Cambodge (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of 230kV and 115kV Outdoor Substations (“the Works”). The Works comprise the following five (5) subprojects as detailed and specified in the Bidding Documents:

a)  Subproject SPP1-A 230/115/22 kV Dangkor Substation; Subproject SPP1-B Two 230 kV Line Bays Extension at GS4; Subproject SPP1-C Two 230 kV Line Bays Extension at GS5
b)  Subproject SKCN1 230/22 kV Kampong Chhnang Substation Extension
c)  Subproject SKCN2 230/22 kV Kampong Tralach Substation
d)  Subproject SKPC2 230/22 kV Skun substation
e)  Subproject STKO1 230/115/22 kV Samroang Yoang Substation

The Works under the Contract shall be completed within 24 months from the date of contract effectiveness.

Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) using ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders without nationality restrictions.
