Provision of Facilities Maintenance Services & Supply of Spare Parts for UNMHA & OSESGY

The Office of the Special Envoy Special Envoy of the Secretary General for Yemen (OSESGY) and the United Nations Mission to Support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) have a requirement to establish a long-term agreement to provide comprehensive facilities maintenance services at the OSESGY/UNMHA facilities in Hudaydah, Sana’a and Aden, Yemen. The purpose of the contract is to ensure that the OSESGY/UNMHA premises are safe, and that the building systems, infrastructure and equipment are, at all times, operational and maintained to their optimal efficiency.

The Contractor will be responsible for providing competent, experienced and sufficient work force, and spare parts to carry out preventive maintenance, and as and when required maintenance and repairs for civil, electrical, plumbing, fire, surveillance and security, solar and IT systems. The Contractor shall be responsible for all tools and equipment (i.e. lifting equipment, scaffolding, welding equipment, air compressors, hydraulic jacks etc.) to carry out the services.

The Contract award may be split among locations.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. OSESGY/UNMHA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
