The European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (referred to below as ‘the Agency’ or the ‘Contracting Authority’) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Objectives of the Framework Contract(s)
The Agency intends to enter into a single Framework Contract for each lot for the Provision of consultancy services in the areas of security, occupational health and safety and business continuity for the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators, tender no. ACER/OP/CS/03/2022.
The tender is divided into two (2) lots:
- Lot 1: Consultancy services in the areas of physical and information security and occupational health and safety
- Lot 2: Consultancy services in the area of business continuity
Tenderers may submit offers for one or two lots. Tenderers wishing to apply for two lots must submit a separate tender for each lot.
