The United Nations (UN) is looking for vendors to provide a mobile-enabled and web-based performance management and 360 feedback system to support the pilot of a new performance management framework at the United Nations Secretariat. The goal of the Framework is to encourage behavioral changes that are expected to promote collaborative goal setting, ongoing dialogue between managers and staff, team collaboration and greater accountability for results.
