Procurement of Long Lasting Insecticidal Nets (LLIN’s)

The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for the Flood Emergency Response for the Procurement of Long Lasting Insecticidal Nets (LLIN’s) in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The RFQ consists of the following:

• This RFQ Invitation Letter
• Section I: RFQ Particulars
• Section II: Instructions to Bidders
• Section III: Schedule of Requirements
• Section IV: Returnable Bidding Forms
• Form A: Quotation Submission Form
• Form B: Price Schedule Form
• Form C: Technical Quotation Form
• Technical literature (specifications, brochure, catalogues, standards, certificates, etc.) of the offered product
• Documentary proof of WHO Pre qualification of the offered product Section V (Form E): – Performance Security Form

The RFQ is divided into 3 Lots:

• Lot 1: Supply and Delivery of Mosquitoes Nets (1,000,000 Nos.) – within 10 days. (minimum quantity to be offered – 100,000 Mosquito Nets)
• Lot 2: Supply and Delivery of Mosquitoes Nets (1,000,000 Nos.) – within 20 days. (minimum quantity to be offered – 200,000 Mosquito Nets)
• Lot 3: Supply and Delivery of Mosquitoes Nets (1,000,000 Nos.) – within 30 days. (minimum quantity to be offered – 300,000 Mosquito Nets)
