Item Description:
The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) seeks to contract for the provision of specialized vehicles spare parts maintenance and repair services in the Central African Republic.
The Contractor shall have a fully equipped workshop with a capacity to deal with a combination of the makes and models of MINUSCA vehicles to provide the following services:
- Repair and calibration of Injection pumps and nozzles.
- Repair/replacement of hydraulic pumps, sewerage pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and rams
- Repair of turbo charger and torque converters
- Repair/replacement of hydraulic hoses.
- Brake lining re-bonding and brake drum skimming.
- Repair/replacement of hydraulic and pneumatic winches and air suspension bags.
- Repair/rewinding of hydraulic and electrical motors.
- Balancing of propeller shafts.
- Provision/repair of heavy-duty springs and bushes.
- Specialized welding (MIG)
- Repair, re-bonding and resurfacing of cylinder head and crankshaft and engine block
