Provision of Technical Support on Aviation Emissions and Impact Assessment

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (hereinafter referred to as “EASA”, “the Agency” or “the contracting authority”) is planning to award the contracts resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice (Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJS)) and the present procurement documents (I. Invitation to Tender, II. Tender Specifications and its annexes & III. Draft Contract). All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Purpose of this call for tender 

This tender focuses on the provision of scientific and technical assistance in the field of aviation emissions to EASA. This assistance will aim particularly at supporting the Agency in various technical work programmes at both the European and international level, including the ICAO Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection (CAEP) and Standardisation Bodies (e.g. SAE, ISO).

It is strictly required that tenders are presented in the correct format and include all documents necessary to enable the evaluation committee to assess them. Failure to respect these requirements will constitute a formal error and may result in the rejection of the tender. As a result, tenders must comply with the following conditions for submission.
