Item Description:
The European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (referred to below as the “Contracting Authority” or “eu- LISA”) is planning to award the contracts resulting from the above-mentioned procurement procedure for two lots:
- Lot 1: Provision of ICT consultancy services;
- Lot 2: Provision of Non-ICT consultancy services;
The procurement documents consist of the Contract Notice, thE Invitation Letter, the Draft Contract and Tender Specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Tenders may be submitted for any lot. Each lot will be assessed independently of any other lot. Tenders which cover only part of one lot or are declared as being conditional on the award of any other lots are not permitted.
Depending on the requirements, for both lots services will be acquired using either one of the following three service models:
- Time & Means (intra-muros/proximity);
- Quoted Time & Means (intra-muros/proximity/extra-muros) and
- Fixed price (intra-muros/extra-muros).
The contracting authority will specify delivery mode in the request for specific contract.
Lots 1 to Lot 2 are laying down the provisions of the performance of a defined service (namely consultancy services for different specific needs) both in relation to the development and/or operation of large-scale IT systems and administrative support.
The contracting authority will request on a case-by-case basis, the exact profile(s) and quantity of man-days to be used for the execution of the aforementioned lots.
These services relate to the current projects and/or other new large-scale IT projects or administration of the contracting authority.
