Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Uplands Irrigation and Water Resources Management Sector Project. Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply Equipment for Stream Flow Measurement and Training.
International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
