Item Description:
The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) Security and Service Department is seeking to enter into a contract for the supply and maintenance of two (2) or three (3) X-ray Inspection Systems. The machines required should comply with the minimum technology required for a single-view, and with machine weight ( without conveyors) of a maximum of 500kg.
The contract must include the cost of delivery and transport of the devices, as well as their installation and their maintenance for the contract duration of 5 years.
Technical Requirements:
- Interested bidders must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a business directly related to supplying similar machines.
- Interested bidders must have supplied similar equipment and provided maintenance services for a minimum of three (3) other clients similar in profile as the UN (International Organisations, Police, Army, Airports, etc) in the past five (5) years.
