Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from ADB toward the cost of Climate Change and Disaster-Resilient Water Resources Sector Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic and State Agency for Water Resources under the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Regional Development of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply of Heavy Machinery for Northern and Southern Response Centers and for O&M of irrigation systems (the “Goods”) grouped into the following lots:
- Lot 1: Supply of wheeled excavators and other heavy machinery
- Lot 2: Supply of minibuses and pickups
- Lot 3: Supply of fuel trucks 5 tones
- Lot 4: Supply of wheeled excavators and dump trucks
Bids are being invited for individual contracts (lots) or for any combination of contracts (packages).
Open Competitive Bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
