The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic of the Philippines has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Local Governance Reform Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Bureau of Local Government Finance (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the OP1/OCB-002: IT & Multimedia Equipment for Central and Regional Offices (2 Lots) (“the Goods”). The bidders may bid for one lot, a combination of lots, or all lots.

Open Competitive Bidding (national advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
