The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) has a requirement for Renovation, construction and development of the PALM site, located at avenue Palmerston 6–14 and rue des Éburons 77–79, 1000 Bruxelles, intended to be converted into a crèche and after-school daycare centre.
The redevelopment project for the Palmerston site consists of:— the major renovation of the existing building on avenue Palmerston 6-14, 1000 Bruxelles, into a modular multifunctional building with an above-ground surface area of around 3 900 m2,— the construction of a crèche of around 110 places on rue des Éburons 77-79, 1000 Bruxelles, with an above-ground surface area of around 1 700 m2.
