Construction of Works of Sewer Network and Construction of Works of Water Supply Distribution Network Improvements

India (hereinafter called “Borrower) has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Rajasthan Secondary Towns Development Sector Project (RSTDSP) – Additional Financing. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Local Self Government Department represented by Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUDSICO-EAP); hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, invites online bids from eligible Bidders for the Cluster package of 2 towns in 2 Lots (the “Works”):

Lot 01 – RSTDSP/BAR/WW/01: Construction of Works of Sewer Network with House connections, and Upgradation of existing 10 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant, WSP and all allied Works and operation services of the Upgradation units of STP for 10 years at Barmer

Lot 02 – RSTDSP/BLT/WW/01: Construction of Works of Water Supply Distribution Network Improvements with house service connections for nonrevenue water reduction and continuous water supply and Providing Sewer Network with House connections and all allied Works and operation services of the entire water supply system for 10 years at Balotra

Open Competitive Bidding (National Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
