The European Border and Coast Guard Agency, hereinafter referred to as “Frontex”, being contracting authority is planning to award the public contract referred above for the Framework Contract for Organisation of Events in Poland. Objective of the contract
The objective of the contract is to provide a broad range of event organisation services, such as: market research, obtaining offers from potential service providers and suppliers, negotiating best conditions of offers, preparing comparisons of offers, contracting services and supplies on behalf of Frontex, covering payments of advances and final payments after the events, providing on the spot support, and others.
