Renewal of Printers and Reprography Machines

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is launching this call for tenders, on behalf of the International Energy Agency (IEA), to renew the fleet of multifunction printers of the International Energy Agency (IEA) as well as the AIE’s reprographic equipment, which must be integrated into its IT environment.

The IEA is looking for one or more suppliers of equipment (printers and reprographics) and consumables, maintenance of equipment and software as well as services to meet the needs of self-service printing of paper documents.

The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is April 14, 2022, 6:00 PM (CET, Paris time)

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement process. Interested candidates should register on the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
