Item Description:

The Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of Mobile Voice and Data communication services and equipment for the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Vienna (UNHCR), the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Our expectation is to select a mobile voice and data communication services and equipment provider to reduce operating costs and improve our existing mobile communication services through increased product and service features, enhanced reliability of service, flexibility of a service plan through adding alternative services, and greater flexibility in pricing options as well as providing worldwide coverage for communication services. The required services also will include an in-building mobile coverage solution that covers at least the 5G technology and its continued support. Detailed requirements will be provided with the Request for Proposal. Please be advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation.
