Provision of Portable Devices to Measure Sulphur content in Marine Fuels to SAFEMED beneficiaries

Item Description:

The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(es), and the draft contract.

Tenderers who wish to submit an offer are requested to submit it electronically via the e-Submission application accessible from the Funding and Tenders Opportunities portal (F&T portal)1, in one of the official languages of the European Union, preferable in English (the working language of EMSA). The time limit for receipt of the tenders is on 26/05/2026 at 16:00 hrs (Lisbon time). Tenders submitted in any other way (e.g. e-mail or by letter) will be disregarded.

In order to access e-Submission, please refer to the instructions under point 13 of the Tender Specifications and E-Submission Guidelines, which are available on the Procurement of EMSA’s website (https://emsa.europa.eu/procurement.html).

Tenders must be signed by a duly authorised representative of the tenderer and perfectly legible so that there can be no doubt as to the words and figures therein contained.
