Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) wishes to receive Bids from prospective Bidders for the engagement of a Contractor for the Works described in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS).
The Works shall be complete in all respects, and shall be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work (Appendix 1).
The successful Bidder will be contracted based on the requirement, for the period provided in the Statement of Work Milestones and Timelines, reckoned on the commencement date of the Contract.
The sealed Bids shall be completed and submitted to ADB in accordance with the provisions contained in the “Instructions to Bidders (ITB).”
