Provision of HVAC, Electromechanical, and Building Utility Systems Maintenance Services

Item Description:

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) has a requirement for the Maintenance and Operations of Electrical Network, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Building Utility Systems Maintenance Services at the Chemical Technology Center (CCT), Stoomweg 20, 2631 RR Nootdorp, The Netherlands. The OPCW is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of services detailed in this Scope of Work.

The Contractor shall provide maintenance and operations of Electrical Network and HVAC and Heating Services Works shall be performed on an “as and when required” basis to satisfy OPCW surge requirements. All work is to be carried out by the contractor in compliance with international standards and National Laws and rules as specified.

The contract shall be Task Order based. The required work includes various services described under the bill of quantity. Individual task orders shall be issued having one or more of the work items described under the bill of quantities. OPCW Facilities Management representative (s) shall issue a Task Order to the Contractor detailing the work to be carried out.
