Item Description:
The Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of MFF Power Transmission Investment Program Tranche 3, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
Under the authorization of National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), the Southern Vietnam Power Projects Management Board (SPMB) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of conductors, earthwires, insulators, OPGW and accessories for 220-500kV transmission lines for 500kV Duc Hoa Substation and connections. The contract will be completed in six (6) months.
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
