Rehabilitation of the power pomp group trial

Item Description:

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (http://www.ebrd.com) on 20/04/2021

The National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water (“L’Office National de l’Electricité et de l’Eau Potable”or “ONEE”), here in after referred to as “the Employer”, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of ONEE Water Supply Project.

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: Rehabilitation of the power pomp group trial; Lot: equipment.

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

• The tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least three million Moroccan dirhams (3 000 000,00 MAD), excluding tax, which is the total of effected payments received for on-going and / or completed contracts during the three (03) years (2018-2019-2020).

• Experience as principal contractor in the context of at least one (1) contract of similar work type and nature in the past ten (10) years that include:

Pumping station or water treatment plant equipment or pumping group test bench

All offers must be accompanied by a tender security of forty-six thousand six hundred dirhams (46.600,00 MAD) Moroccan Dirhams or its equivalent in a convertible currency.

Tenders must be delivered to the office at the address below on or before 22/03/2022 at 9.00 (local time).

Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the opening on 22/03/2022 at 9: 30 (local time), at the address below.

A visit to the project site is scheduled for 21/02/2022, the appointment for this visit is set for 10 am (local time) at the ONEE workshops in CASABLANCA. Bidders are strongly recommended to participate in this site visit.
