Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of IOM Emergency and Refugee Humanitarian Assistance Program, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested local Bidders within Libya to submit “Bid” for the long-term supply and delivery of the following relief items:

A complete set of Bidding Documents is available for issuance to Interested Bidders by sending email to IOM LIBYA PROCUREMENT at iomlibyaproc@iom.int.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 12 months, from contract issuance. Deadline for submission is until 25 September 2018. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope by hand or by email on or before 1:00 PM on 25 September 2018 at IOM, Palm City Residences (Villa 244/245), Janzour, Tripoli, Libya and at the above email address. Bidders shall submit bids and samples for items that they are in the best position to supply.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
