The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Development of Management Information System (MIS) for Locally funded cash grant programme implementation in Aceh, as per the enclosed Terms of Reference in Annex I.

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, 21 November 2018 @15:30 hours Jakarta Local time at the following address:

WTC 6 Building, 10th Floor

Jl. Jenderal Sudirman KAV. 31 – Jakarta – Indonesia

Bidder who is not able to attend the pre-bid meeting at UNICEF Jakarta Office can be connected through skype or teleconference. Please contact Teguh Santoso at email tsantoso@unicef.org cc John Arnold Alfonso at email jalfonso@unicef.org before the date and time of the pre-bid meeting for getting access to skype & teleconference. While all Bidders are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested bidder.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal/s, in separate document, should be submitted by email to jakartasupply@unicef.org NO LATER THAN Friday, 30 November 2018 @17.00 hours (Jakarta Local Time).

Proposal shall be submitted in English in line with “Special Notes 1.2”
