Item Description:
The Republic of Turkmenistan has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of National Power Grid Strengthening Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The State Power Corporation “Turkmenenergo” of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan (Turkmenenergo) (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Design, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Telemechanics, Communications, and SCADA Systems for Power Transmission Network and Substations (“the Facilities”). Completion period is 180 days after the contract effective date.
